Drain excess oil and coolant from exhaust system. Verify the differential portion of transmission is full fluid. Clear all transmission computer codes in the vehicle prior to starting or operating. If equipped with an engine oil cooler the radiator or external must be replaced.

Install replacement spark plugs wires. Fill the transmission with OEM recommended fluids. This will ensure the cooling system is flowing. Remove torque converter strap.
